Ive just had the worst experience using You Shop.
Its taken sooo long and its still not here yet. Arrived overnight to YouShop, then they took 6 days to tell me it had arrived there, the whole time NZ Post staff are telling me each day, you will get advised today, you will get advised.. today.. They dont actually know and they dont care to find out.
Finally after 6 days I get an email to pay a $76 shipping fee. $76!! bloody expensive..
Pay than, then its another 3 days before they ship it, and then its 5-11 days to get here or whatever they reckon…
PreZoom is half the price, much better option.
I would never use YouShop again. And when (and if) my parcel actually arrives I will delete my account…
NZ Post said sorry a lot, but what use is that to me. The was no offer of compensation, just pay the full amount and suck it up.
